If the only way to fix my rejected tax return is to mail it in, will I be refunded my $150 to file?

The TurboTax online account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  The fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.

Are you sure your rejected return cannot be fixed?  What is the rejection code or rejection message?

Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed.  Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead.

You received a rejection email that we cannot see.  Please tell us word for word what it says so we know how to help you.  Or even copy and paste the email message.
