If the following applies, your fiance can claim you as a dependent:

• You lived together for the entire year.

• You made less than 4,050 dollars (not including social security).

• Your fiance provided more than half of your support.

To make sure your fiance meets the requirement for the support test, fill out worksheet 2 on page 16 of IRS Publication 501.
