If someone else is claiming me, do I put my 1095-A form on my return or theirs?

My boyfriend took care of myself and our daughter for the year, so he technically paid for any out of pocket expenses regarding my insurance that covers myself and my daughter.

If you filing you own return, you will report the form on your tax return. Otherwise, your boyfriend needs to report both of the 1095-A  forms on his return. 

To report form 1095-A:

1. Log in to your account. 
2. Go to Federal Taxes.
3. Go to Deductions and Credit.
4. Scroll down to Medical and click show more.
5. Go to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
6. At the Here's what we have for your 1095-As" page, click Add Another button, and follow the above steps to enter your second
