Do I need to mail form 8949?

If required as part of your tax return TurboTax will automatically generate Form 8949.
If you e-file your return, Form 8949 will be part of the e-filed return and you will not need to mail it in.
If you mail your tax return to the IRS, it will be included in the forms printed to mail.

Do I need to mail form 8949?

A couple of Qs

1. I saw a screen that said I need to mail in 8949.  I thought I downloaded that form but cant find it anymore.  How do I access it?

2. Do I mail in all the pages in 8949 or just the transactions that meet criterion above?

3.  Why didn't Turbo Tax warn me about this?  I would have just entered all the transactions if Turbo tax had warned me that I will need to mail in the forms
