If received a email saying my tax wasn't accepted on federal and state to log bag in to fix it. Went i log back in to the account a show accepted on both.

I log back in but don't take me to fix anything, show everything is okay and give me a date around went sure I received the refund and show accepted.

waiver tacked on to options in filing requires "fixing"  but no instructions

It takes a couple days for it to be completely accepted if you e-filed. Just keep logging out and back in periodically and refreshing the page. Eventually it will tell you with 100% certainty. It will also provide you the links needed to check you refund status on line or with the mobile app.
