If my wife and I file jointly and we are both equal owners of a business, can I enter 1099 misc forms for both of us on the same form?

No. You will need to enter the 1099 forms in separately, as the IRS has a copy of each one. Once you've entered each of the forms in, they can both be connected to the same schedule for your joint business.
