If my spouse is on a payment arrangement with IRS and we file jointly, will they take both of our refunds?

We just got married in 2018.  Last year they took his for back taxes that him and his ex-wife owed and they took mine for student loan debt.  What will happen if we file jointly?

yes they would -- to get your share of refund released, you need to file an innocent souse form --  Tell TurboTax that you need to file  that and it should walk you through this.
