If my SLR is Guam, but on my leave and earnings statement say Texas, but I've never changed it to Texas (only bought a car there), what do I do? Does it have to match?

No, it should not make a difference. Your SLR is your permanent home. The address on your leave & earnings statement is not required to reflect your SLR.
