If my return is rejeted due to "incorrect pin" or some other reason, that I have to mail in my return, do I need to fill out the paper tax forms, or can is end in printed turbotax forms?

Also, If i do have to refill out paper forms, do I get a return on what I paid turbo tax to file??

You can print out the forms you created in TurboTax and mail them to the IRS.
