If my return is continually rejected and i have my 1095-A form is there something im doing wrong?

Have a photo of 1095-A in documents, is there more i need to do?

A 1095A cannot be entered by snapping a photo of it.  You have to key it in by hand.

I'm not sure!  You said you have your 1095-A.

• Have you entered it into TurboTax?
• Here is how to do it:

To enter a 1095-A in TurboTax, you can follow these steps

               

1. Select Tax Tools
2. On the drop-down select Tools
3. There will be 4 green boxes
4. Select Topics Search
5. Type the 1095-A
6. Continue through the questions and it will be posted to your return.

On the 1095-A, you should not enter "0" zeros.  This will cause a Review Error.  Simply leave the area blank.

If that doesn't work you can try to delete it and re-post the 1095-A.

To  delete your Form 1095-A -

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Medical
• On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click the start or update button
• If a 1095-A is showing, delete it.

Repeat the same process and re-enter the 1095-A.
