If my refund was sent back to turbo tax, will they mail it to me?

Will turbo tax mail my refund or will it come from another source?

It does not go back to TT, since TT never received your refund in the first place. If you used Pay with Refund for your TT fees, it goes to a third party Bank to do that. If that bank cannot make your deposit, it mails you a check.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
