If my refund was rejected because of my aig on my new account can i go back to last years account and file

Yes. When a return is rejected by the IRS, it's as if you never filed it. As long as you don't go back to that account, there will be no issue. If you want, you can go through that account and remove the entries that you made, but under no circumstances should you resubmit that return.
