If my old job sent my w2 to a old address how can they resend it to my new one if they already sent it out ?

They will be able to issue you a "duplicate" W2. But you'll need to contact them and work this out.

W2 forms get lost or misdirected frequently. The duplicate W2 is the answer to that.
