If my mom put me on her taxes as a babysitter, can I still be claimed as a house hold member with the person I live with?
I baby sit for my mom on a seeklw basis . But I do not live with her.

If your mother put you down as the child-caregiver on her returns, that means that she is taking the childcare deduction, and needed to let the IRS know that. You can be claimed as a dependent on the other's person return as long as you did not make over $4,000 for the year.
If your mom paid you more than $4,000 and reported that on her return, the other person will not be able to claim you as a dependent.
