If my husband and I are still married but separated (not legally), he works and lives in PA, I worked in WV but I recently moved to SC, how do we file?

You filing choices are two married filing separately tax returns or one married filing jointly tax return. It is almost always better to file married filing jointly but that may not be possible since you are separated.
