If my fiancé makes more then me but he agrees to let me claim my daughter because I pay more for her can I still claim her?

Every bill is in my name. I pay for 80% of her stuff. He just started paying me half of the bills 2 months ago.

Is he her Father?  Did you all live together in 2020?

Just be aware that your daughter's "stuff" includes housing, utilities, transportation, medical acre, food, etc.  You said every bill is in your name, but who actually pays those bills?

Yes that is her father. I pay for all of her stuff (clothing and such) and he splits the bills now but did he was paying about 35% of bills in 2020.
