Single. "Divorced" is not a filing status for a tax return. The software just asks about that in order to steer you to the next screens that you might need to go through. If you were not legally married at the end of 2023, you file as Single, unless you have a qualified dependent in order to file as Head of Household.

You can indicate you're divorced, but your Filing Status for a tax return is either Single or Head of Household.
