It's not overtime because a bonus is not required under section 7 of the Fair Labor Act. It's not a tip, because tips are received from customers, not your employer

Just enter your W-2 as it is. You do not have to do anything special about the bonus. The bonus is correctly included in your W-2. It's just extra wages.
