If my boyfriend (whom I live with) files head of household, can he claim both me and our son as dependents? I'm a stay at home mom and won't be filing a return.

If you have lived together all year he can claim you for the $500 credit --assuming you did not have over $4150 of income yourself. If he is your son's father then he can also claim your son in order to file as HOH.

Yes if you lived with him the whole year and you had less than $4,150 income. If he can’t claim you he can still claim your son.
