Nowhere - that is an employer option and many employers do not use it. Leave it blank.

It is a required field to import my W2 though. I'm stuck.

Then your employer must not use a payroll service that makes import W-2's available. It takes less time to manually enter a W-2 that it took to type this. Don't waste time trying.
