If my account notifies me that my employer ID number is supposed to have an “WTH” at the end, but mine only has an “W” at the end, how do I go back and manually change it

I tried going back and i don’t know how to access my W2’s again. I also tried to Clear and Start Over but it said that I’ve already submitted it and can’t start over. BUT it says I can’t submit it without the correct information??

I would suggest logging out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies. After doing that, then try to go back in and update your W-2 information. If this does not resolve your issue, please respond back here and let us know.

And when you do figure out how to navigate to the W-2 forms to edit it (On the Federal Wages&Income page).

The final three letters on a Utah employer's ID number ?  They need to be a lower case wth

(that's just a recurring TTX software annoyance, not that Utah would really care if it was upper case)
