If my 1095A has zeros in section a and b and an amount in c for january only but it wont let me put in zeros.. ins. was cancelled for non payment .

When you enter your Form 1095-A in TurboTax, don't enter the 0's.  Just leave those spots blank.

Try putting a '1' in the empty slots, where you were entering a zero or nothing, only for the one month of January where you are trying to put a zero.  This may allow you to move forward.

Took me too long to find this answer. Turbotax should allow a 0 in column B!
