If living separately for few years, what should be my filing status?

If your legally married, then you can file as married filing separately or married filing jointly. You may also qualify to file as unmarried for head of household status. However, you must have a qualifying child for head of household status. Please view the Turbo Tax FAQ below, for more information about your filing options.
