If last year I filed a married filing jointly with my wife, does it mean she also filed a tax return last year too?

Yes. Do you need to enter her AGI? There is only 1 AGI on a Joint return. You enter the same number for the each of you.

Yes, if you filed a joint return last year it means she filed a return too.
