Carryover Obamacare excess payment from last year

I had to pay back excess credit on Obamacare last year. Can I deduct that payment this year, and if so, where do I put it?

If it was a repayment of advanced premium tax credit, i would treat the payment as a medical insurance premium payment. That might or might not be deductible depending upon other medical expenses, your income, and whether or not you have your own business.
