What do I do if I keep getting rejected cuz my.kids have been claimed it says when they have not been?

If it says they have been - they have. You can print and mail your return. IRS will write to you and other party asking for proof. You can Not e-file.

So once I received the rejection and removed the one possible kid the dad claimed....I can't resend the return with th  remaining two kids and it go thru?

You can try e-filing after removing one or more dependents.
