Taxes owed means you have to pay the taxes owed. You are not getting a tax refund.
Refund = money you get back
Tax Due = money you owe and need to pay by April 15, 2024
Look at your Form 1040.
If there is an amount on line 35a you are getting a refund
If there is an amount on line 37 you owe and are not getting a refund
It cannot be both.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
