If It says I filed already but don’t like my return can I unfile and go somewhere else

If the return has been Accepted you would need to amend if you think you made a mistake. E-filing your return is the same as if you had mailed the return to the agency so you cannot change anything once Accepted. If the file is Rejected then you can log out and file somewhere else.
