It depends. The question is if you yourself filed a tax return. If this is your first year filing a tax return for yourself (whether or not you are stating that you can be claimed as a dependent), or if your parents used you as a dependent, and you did not file your own separate return, you would state yes to that question. However, if you filed your own separate return (even if your parents claimed you as a dependent on their return), then you state no to that question, because you have filed an Oregon return previously using your SSN.
