Your 2020 Federal 1040 tax return claims your dependency.  Hopefully, the 2020 tax return is accepted by the IRS.

Do I need to do anything to get my stimulus check?

You don’t need to do anything to get your stimulus check. The IRS will determine eligibility based on your last tax return (either 2019 or 2020) and will likely send your payment to the bank account where your tax refund was deposited.

The IRS says that the only way to update your mailing address and banking information is by filing your 2020 Federal 1040 tax return.  The IRS is making no portal available.

If your 2020 Federal 1040 tax return was accepted, the IRS has correct information in its records.

However, we do not know whether the IRS will determine your eligibility for the third stimulus payment using 2019 tax information or 2020 tax information.

Follow the TurboTax COVID Tax Center and the IRS Economic Impact Payment Information Center as further updates are issued by the IRS.

Possibly. It depends on what information the IRS has on file when it’s your turn to get the stimulus. The IRS has said it will use 2019 information if the 2020 return has not been submitted or processed yet. The IRS has not send whether there will be any “catch up” payments or what they will handle missing stimulus payments.

You can check the status of your third payment by using the Get My Payment tool.

Your answer doesnt help at all, I was not included on the person's stimulus who claimed me as a dependent in 2019. My 2020 returns are still processing so does the irs have that info or does it have to be processed?
