yes - when you file your 2020 tax return, there is an interview section about stimulus. the stimulus will end up as a credit on Line 30 and will increase your refund.

If you are eligible the Recovery Rebate Credit will be entered on the 2020 federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 30.

The TurboTax program will ask if you received or did not receive the stimulus payment in 2020 in the Review section.
