If I used your service for an extension last year. I was charged an unauthorized 143.00 $ on 12/22/2025. I will not be using your service this year, what can I do?

What can I do about an unauthorized charge of 143.00$ on Dec 22, 2025, from Turbo Tax?

Did you sign up for the Advantage plan?   That sounds like it could have been your Advantage plan fee ---the fee to order 2025 desktop download software.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Or when you filed your 2024 return did you choose to have the fees deducted from your refund?

If the IRS took too long to send your refund they will ask you to pay the fees, see step 3 under What happens if the IRS reduces my refund......

If you don't pay they will automatically debit your bank account. Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again. See How do you justify debiting my account?
