If I share my info w Intuit, it says Fed law may use or distribute my info! ? Help? Risk?

TurboTax:" By sharing your tax info with Intuit account..Federal law may not protect tax return info from further use or distribution.." How is this safe? What do I do?

This is on page 2 at the very beginning of trying to file on line.

Would so appreciate any help here.  Don't know how to proceed.
