That is already included in box 2 of your W-2. There is nowhere else to enter it. Just enter the boxes of your W-2 the way it appears.

IF the employer implemented your request (on a W-4), then your employer should already have it added to box 2 of your W-2 form.

You should have noticed a change on one of the paychecks in the ~month after you submitted the W-4 indicating the extra $25.
