No you do not. Anyone who COULD be claimed as a dependent is not eligible for the stimulus payment, whether they actually were claimed or not.
If you can be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s return, you are not eligible for the stimulus payment. For example, this would include a child, student or older dependent who can be claimed on a parent’s return.
