if I received LTR510C from IRS can i pay the $1400 online? if yes what is the payment type?

You can use the IRS payment website to pay directly from your bank account using Direct Pay. When using Direct Pay make sure you select Balance Due for the reason for payment, and Income Tax - Form 1040 and the tax year for the payment.
