If I receive a 1099 int for bonds sold and report the income under bonds , do I answer yes or no when asked if I reported it already under interest 1099

You would answer No, because TurboTax is trying to make sure it is reported only once.

So do not enter it again in the 1099INT area, if reported in the bond area.
