Since your name is not on the account, the bank will probably reject the direct deposit and return it to the IRS. The IRS will then send you a CP53E notice requesting a correct bank routing and account number for the deposit - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/understanding-your-cp53e-notice
Sorry probably not. Your name usually has to be on the account. Ask the bank if they will accept the deposit. They will probably send it back to the IRS or the 3rd party bank if you had any Turbo Tax fees deducted from it.
We can't say for sure, but in most cases, if you designate a bank account that is not in your name, either the bank or the IRS will refuse the direct deposit, and the IRS will instead mail a paper check in about 4 weeks.
