If I prepare taxes for my adult son, how do I sign into his Turbo Tax account?

You will need your son's information to get into his account.

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Hopefully you didn't do his return in your account  (or your return in his account).  Online is only good for 1 return.  

If you used the Desktop installed program then it's only on your computer and not online.
