If I pay the fee can I get refund if I decide not to file with turbotax?

Yes, it is possible.  You will need to talk to our TurboTax Support team.  Please contact them by following the attached steps.  They are available from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific, seven days a week to assist you.
