TurboTax will not reflect anything you owe from previous years when showing what your refund will be. In other words, as you say it shows before owed taxes are paid.

TurboTax will not reflect anything you owe from previous years when showing what your refund will be. In other words, as you say it shows before owed taxes are paid.
