If I owe how can I file. I dont have a credit/debit card?

Yes.  You can file as long as you pay TurboTax what you owe.  You will have to figure out how to pay TurboTax.  If you are receiving a refund, you can request that the payment comes from your refund.  

Here's how to pay with your refund below:

We offer the option to deduct your TurboTax fees from your federal (not state) refund. This option is called Pay With My Refund (also known as Refund Processing Service).

To qualify for this payment option:

• Your federal refund must be sufficient to cover your TurboTax fees
• You'll need to e-file
• Your address cannot be foreign
• Form 8888 can't be on your return

To pay with your refund:

1. With your return open, select File from the side menu.
2. On this screen, select Start or Revisit for the first step.
3. When asked How would you like to pay for TurboTax?, select Pay with Federal Refund.
