If i no longer have turbotax 2017 and my hard drive, will turbotax 2018 be able to find my 2017 information?

I have used TurboTax since 2011 but in 2017 I down loaded, instead of purchasing  a hard copy. Hard drive crash wiped out my down loaded copy of TTax 2017. Will TTax 2018 be able to find  my info from copies of my return?

The 2018 software does not need the 2017 software to import.  However, it does need a .tax2017 file that contains the information about your return.  If that was also lost, you're out of luck.
