The TurboTax Deluxe desktop edition would suit your needs.  It comes with one free state program download included in the purchase price.  For the second state the current charge would be $39.99.  For the state program, click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Download State.

Note that when using the desktop editions there is an e-file charge for the state tax returns ($19.99 to $24.99 depending on when the state return is e-filed)  This charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax returns.
