If I made less than $1000 as a distributor for It Works Global Company, do I need to claim that? I did not receive any tax form from them.

I signed up in June to be a distributor for It Works Global. In the six months, I made less than $1,000. I did not receive any type of tax form from the company. Do I need to claim that as a home business on my taxes? I need to know whether or not to use the premiere or home and business software.
