No.  The child has to be born to be a dependent.  You can claim the child as a dependent on the 2024 tax return that you will be filling next year.

If you are a resident of Georgia, you can claim an unborn child as a dependent on your Georgia return. This is the only state that allows the deduction.

A Social Security Number is not required. The only requirement is an unborn child with a heartbeat who has met six weeks gestation.
