If I'm 20 years old, living at my parent's, not a student, and made $10000, are my parents able to claim me as their dependent?

No, unfortunately you are too old to be a Qualified Child dependent, and earn too much income to be a Qualified Relative dependent.
See Rules For Claiming Dependents
However, the good news is that you can claim your own exemption which means you are not required to file but may elect to do so if you want to obtain a refund of your withholding(s).
If the income you earned in 2016 is 1099-MISC income, you will be required to file as self employed if your net income (income minus expenses) exceeded $400.
