Please provide some details. What state do you live in? What "stipends" are you receiving? From whom? No one can see your screen, your tax return or your account.
What is your stipend for? If it's for living expenses, such as room & board, it's probably taxable. If it's for qualified educational expenses such as tuition, it probably isn't.
Stipends aren’t considered wages so you won't pay Social Security or Medicare taxes on them. But they still can count as taxable income when it comes to your income taxes.
In short, as @xmasbaby0 said, we need more information to correctly answer your question.
I also live in Alabama and it’s housing and meal stipends
Normally a stipend for housing and meals is taxable. Who told you that it wasn't? Who is paying you the stipend?
Who is giving you these? An employer?
The travel agency
Sorry, your stipend is taxable at both the federal and state level. It is 100% taxable by your home state of Alabama. It is also taxable by your nonresident state of GA, since you received it for work you did in Georgia.
You'll be able to claim a credit on your AL return for the taxes paid to GA, so you won't be double-taxed.
Did you receive a 1099 from the travel agency?
So, I don’t get taxes. It on my stipends on my check, so when I file taxes, they are going to tax me anyways? It’s so confusing. The travel nursing assignments are stipends are tax free, but our hourly pay is taxed. I just didn’t know. Thank you for your reply. 🙂
