No, for your Federal return, you can still file as Married Filing Jointly.  However, your husband can file a Married Filing Separate Oregon return. Since you did not live in or earn income in Oregon in 2018, only your husband's income will be reported on the Oregon return.

No, for your Federal return, you can still file as Married Filing Jointly.  However, your husband can file a Married Filing Separate Oregon return. Since you did not live in or earn income in Oregon in 2018, only your husband's income will be reported on the Oregon return.
