AFTER AN HOUR OR SO OF LOOKING AT GENERATED COMPUTER MESSAGES, THAT DIDN'T ADDRESS MY SITUATION. I FINALLY CAME ACCROSS SOMETHING THAT GOT ME TO THE ANSWER I WAS LOOKING FOR. TurboTax search of the forum is poor.
And TurboTax has a lot of bugs this year.
There are other tax software providers out there.

You appear to already be in Deluxe Edition, at least that is what is displayed underneath your thread title above. Deluxe is a paid edition, so it includes phone support. In the paid editions, no upgrade is needed to talk to TurboTax Support.
Let's see if I can FINALLY file. I already suffer severe chronic migraines:(
